Features:
1 racking block type CLS-A with automated loading and retrieval. Length 13 250 mm, depth 6 200 mm, height 4 950 mm. The 180 live storage lanes are each equipped with 2 roller tracks, a pusher bar with end plate and integrated push-back stops.
Total capacity: 1800 storage positions for cartons.
2 racking blocks type CLS-A with automated loading and manual retrieval. Each block is 23 950 mm long, 3 200 mm deep, 1 920 mm high and has 180 live storage lanes each equipped with 2 roller tracks and an inclined picking tray. The installation is serviced by 2 fully automated stacker cranes.
Total capacity: 900 storage positions for cartons.
Function:
The installation which serves as buffer stock is fed by an automated stacker crane with the cartons coming from the goods-in department. The cartons move on roller tracks to the picking front where they are automatically fed out upon demand by the second stacker crane and supplied for manual order picking.

Maximum utilisation of the available warehouse space by opting for a high bay construction serviced from only a few narrow aisles. Increased productivity due to servicing by fully automated, computer-controlled stacker cranes. The proven live storage system guarantees maintenance of the FIFO-principle. The 'closed' system prevents unauthorised access to goods. Integration into the warehouse management system allows permanent stock control.
